Duties and Responsibilities
This training helps both employers and employees learn about the duties and responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS&A). The course covers information on how to report hazards and accidents, the rights of the workers as well as their responsibilities when it comes to emergency situations. This course also covers the workers obligation to participate company’s return to work program in the event they sustain work related injuries. The joint Health and Safety Committee and its functions will also be covered.
